Company Structure
NexaTunes is operated by Tanja Ramseger as a sole proprietorship based in Cologne, Germany.
The business operates under the external brand T&R Media, which also includes:
- TR Publishing – rights management and publishing for artists and songwriters with a valid IPI number
- Garden Cactus Records – an independent label for Deep House, Lofi, and related electronic music
What We Do
- Distribution to all major platforms (Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music, Beatport, etc.)
- Revenue share model: no setup costs, no monthly fees, no upsells
- Infrastructure, platform access, support, and guidance
- Clients keep control of their catalog
Why Revenue Share
Flat fees rarely match music income:
- Upfront payments often don’t recoup
- Share model = costs only when revenue exists
- Shared interest: clients earn first, we earn proportionally
Default entry model: 70/30 split, adjustable by volume and needs.
